Code Red Racing & Design proudly introduces the Carbon Fiber Infused Cowling Rigging Tube Adapter Kits. Each set works with Mercury 2.5L EFI, Pro Max, 260 ROS, 245HP carb, and 3.0 Liter Race and Alien Cowls.
 
These adapters serve as a direct replacement for Mercury OEM plastic rigging tube adapters (PN#s 840212 and 840213.) 
 
These adapters are compatible with 2-inch Inner Diameter (ID) Rigging Hose to replace the OEM components or custom rig your aftermarket race cowling. 
 
With their easy installation and precise fit, the adapters are ideal for Mercury Race or Alien Cowls, allowing users to achieve a clean rigging look with no play or movement against your cowling.
 
Installation is straightforward: remove your old adapter, clean the mounting surface, and secure the new adapter in place with the supplied mounting screws.
